English is the most common business language used today. It is considered the primary cross-border lingua franca used by people engaged in trade and commerce globally. This does not make English any better than any other language, just more commonly used across more countries by more people than any other language.
More people speak Chinese than English but only in a small number of countries, and mostly as their first language. Spanish is also spoken by more people, but again nearly always as a first language. Only a very small percentage of people working for global corporations use Spanish or Chinese as their most common language for intercompany communication. English, however, is spoken as a primary or secondary language by people working within the vast majority of corporations in practically every country of the world - regardless of the nationality of the company.
PERFORMANCE BASED TRAINING
These days, a high percentage of training is focused on ‘Business English’ programs. This is fine, however, in many companies, there is no connection between ‘packaged programs’ and business performance requirements.
English is the Key
Kenglish (not Konglish) is the language that will allow Korea to create long term economic independence.

IBC is a company wide endeavor to create a "whole business"
as seen from the customer's point of view.
"Integrated communications is a cross-functional process for managing profitable customer relationships. It brings people and corporate learning together in order to maintain strategic consistency in communication, facilitate purposeful communications with customers and prospects, and market a corporate mission that increases customer and prospect trust in the organization. IBC breaks through the media clutter."
IBC means unity of effort, unity of purpose, unity of process, unity of goal, and unity of action.
Creating and implementing an IBC strategy is difficult without professional help. The hardest aspect is getting every employee in every department to work, plan and think together as a team. This is where external professionals are quite useful. They can piece together all the key aspects of your current communications, and without bias, work with your people to develop a coordinated communications strategy.
“Our mission is to provide teaching, training, coaching and assessment services that ensure continuous individual and organizational improvement.”
“Our offering is unique. We provide value added training to our clients to help them win
business from foreign markets as well as the domestic market.”
“We don’t compete with English Language
Academies as they cater for General Business English.
We operate in a relatively ‘blue ocean’ by proving high level Performance communications and Specific Business English”
